End Rain Stone

End rain stone will generate in End rain clouds that appear between the outer islands and the main island. They will drop End rain like pointed dripstone, which can be collected with a cauldron beneath. End rain stones cannot be collected, even with silk touch.

Overworld and End mobs will be immune to the End rain, while nether mobs would take damage from it. It acts like water, but can be placed in the Nether. A bottle of End rain could be brewed with a block of choice, and when the player drinks it it will give off a glow effect to where the block used in the brew is located. For example, if dirt was used in the brew, once they go to the Overworld it will give a glow effect to dirt blocks. This will allow late game players be able to collect blocks more easily.
