Slime spawn proof block

It's just an idea I had when I became tired of finding slimes inside my underground base. I don't want to change my base so would be really nice to have a beacon like block to spawn proof an area so slimes can't spawn. It would be really nice especially now that the caves and cliffs part II will make underground bases more common. It doesn't need to make all mobs proof though. It could bee found very rarely in some dungeon like structure and not be craftable.

    You could always use slabs for a floor or put carpet/moss on the ground but I understand what you mean. a way to stop slime spawning would be helpful.
