Illusioner: a boss that would spawn in a remade 3rd of a woodland mansion. The way you would get it is by defeating all the evokers. This would give you a key of sorts, that would allow you to go into the boss fight. The fight, maybe would need to be made harder, or it could just stay how the Illusioner already. It would drop a new item. The Totem of Luck. What it would do? It would work like the totem of undying in some ways. One use. They way it would work is to use it, you go to a loot chest of your choice (so they best choices would probably be end cities and treasure bastions) and it would significantly buff the loot in the chest.
The Giant: The giant would spawn in a cave that started at the bottom of mountains, and would wind down a small amount. There would then be a lair that the giant is in. The Giant's boss fight would have two stages: Bows only, and swords only, exactly like the wither. The giant would start off standing, and would hurl giant cobblestone chunks. If it hits you it would deal tons of damage, then a long delay. At half health, bows no longer work, but the giant falls over and starts to limp towards you. The giant would slam one of its fists down, and do a lot of damage, (by the way you can avoid is attacks easily enough) and once you defeat it, you get some amazing loot (I haven't thought what)
I don't know how well these would fit in, at least with the giant, but i think the illusioner would fit in pretty well with the Pillager family
