Leather boots nerf

I think leather boots should be nerfed. Not the defense or durability but the ability to completely negate any damage from powder snow and able to walk on it, and the fact that its so cheap makes it so op for going through mountains. So i think it could reduce damage from powder snow and not completely take no damage and if you stand in powder snow for too long with it you will fall.

  Leather armor in general is too strong. Being buried in snow while wearing nothing but leather boots would not save you from freezing, and the same goes for just a leather hat, leather pants, or a shirt.

  The amount of cold protection should increase for each piece of leather you wear. Boots should make you able to walk on it still, but wearing the full set is the only way to become practically immune.
