Mud Blocks & Dried Springs

Mud Block: Would be like a dirt block, but would look a little different and would slow you down when you walked through it (similar to soul sand). Mud blocks would be found anywhere where water meets dirt, or by itself in dried springs. Mud blocks could be made by right clicking a water bottle on a dirt block.

Dried Spring: Would be like a water spring, but without any water in it and with mud at the bottom and sides. Pigs would enjoy hanging out in dried springs.
