Freezing mechanic change

The freezing mechanic from the powdered snow should not be affected by enchantments such as protection as to make it more dangerous as a trap block whether used by players or traversing tall mountains.

It turns out that it is necessary to completely change the mechanics of the "Protection" enchantment. Because enchantment itself implies protection from everything.
