The caves there would have more lapis and the cave drowned deals more damage than regular.
More caves.

It could be a cave that spawns under the ocean and can have shipwrecks and other treasures inside. It will also have drip stone and large lakes, moss and a lot of drowned spawning inside. No mineshaft will spawn inside as it is under the ocean.
