Harpoon Bow and Crossbow and how to make it.

The Harpoon Bow and Crossbow can only be made using a Fletching Table. You can give the Fletcher Villager a fishing rod for example and he will give you some blueprints. You can then take your bow or crossbow and Harpoon Bow and Crossbow blueprints and combine them in a Fletching Table.

The Harpoon Bow and Crossbow both have the same benefits and drawback. They have higher damage, slower reload, but here's the catch; they only really work underwater. Something about the blueprints allows you to shoot Drowned and Guardians super easily, but now the arrows just fall out of the air, just like how they usually do in water. Obviously this is only useful if the player happens to be going trident hunting for example, but it could bring alternative, underwater, ranged weaponry. As an added bonus, the Flame enchantment now works underwater, but only with these specific weapons.
