Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Amethyst is able to change color

One of the features of amethyst is its ability to change color when heated. I think it can somehow be used in the game. For example, heating a block of amethyst in a stove can produce its yellow, greenish, reddish-brown variation. The color can be restored using X-rays, but this is already difficult to fit into the game.
