Increase the effect of Jump Boost

With the new world generation, vertical travel will become much more important. I've personally always seen jump boost as a generally useless potion to spend time brewing, and I think a lot of people feel the same. It just doesn't provide a strong enough boost to your jump.

However, if it's effects were heightened (even just so that level 1 jump boost lets you jump 2 blocks), it could end up being a very viable strategy for traversing the now-very-vertical landscapes.
