Deeper oceans/shooting stars

Deeper oceans: I feel like since the aquatic update oceans in minecraft have been amazing but something feels missing I feel like since world height and depth Is getting increased it would be perfect to increase ocean depths with could come to new mobs maybe even a part 2 to the aquatic update like angler fish and pitch black depths. Shooting stars: I don't really have a lot of ideas for shooting stars but they could maybe give you an effect and if you have the luck effect they could be more common.
