Add building height above nether 

This feature was long ago born from a bug in the java edition. But as it was never fixed it became a feature, just like the BUD Switch. So it would be more than fair to add this feature in bedrock edition as it will not be removed from java edition. It's a request that would definitely make parity even higher, and as the new update will change heights it would be the best time for that.

    I totally agree with this feedback it would be batter because we can travel faster and safer above the nether .
