Hello, many people play Minecraft, we all are unique and have different play styles. Some of us have disabilities that affect our vision or perceiving bright and dim objects, some prefer to play Minecraft on a phone or outside, some have not the best computers with very dim screens. With the new experimental update it introduced mob spawning only in complete darkness, this is a very useful feature as if a block has a light on it at all it won't spawn mobs, good? Yes. This is important as when the light is at around light level 4-1 it is very hard for those to see with disabilities and different situations that they play Minecraft in. This is why I purpose an accessibility slider for those who need it, it would brighten up the edges of light, it would keep the same max brightness at level 15 and keep the same darkness at level 0 but between level 15 and 0 would be scaled up allow those to see easier. Ideally, it would be a slider for those to activate and the brightest a level 1 light could visually look is light level 5 or so. Ideally, it would have a similar gradient just bringing the levels closer together with a steep drop off at level 0.
