Item Hotkeys

Use certain items from anywhere in my inventory with just a simple hotkey.

For example, during combat it would be great if I had individual buttons for things like Ender Pearl, Water Bucket, Snowballs, Potions, Golden Apples, etc. Without having to scramble around in my inventory the entire time or switch off of my sword during the fight and die.

I believe this would allow lots of players to do many more amazing things quite easily and also it would be a fantastic quality of life change.
