Mineshafts will obviously spawn in deepslate-ridden depths in 1.8. However, as with Experimental Snapshot 1, the same old oak planks contrast the dark colors a bit too much. Although I think it looks cool already, I think it might be cooler if the plank types changed to a darker color - such with dark oak or spruce.
