parity update

this update would be an smaller update but would change all of bedrock and java this update would make it that all bedrock features came to java and all java features came to bedrock and maybe even change some world gen and world loading becouse in java the render distance is square and in bedrock an circle so in this smaller update all textures en features will be made the exact same across the platforms so combat will also need to be changed and maybe just maybe even an minecarft bedrock launcher oh and the ui needs to be the same          thx for reading      please vote to make this happen
