Biome: Arid Sea

The idea is really simple it's just normal sea generations but without water.

*Ocean monument/ruins could still spawn.

I don’t care how simplistic it is that would just add a cool fantasy vibe and add lure to the game like: why did the sea dry out. And also think how cool it could be to see some walking fish type mob
