When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Redstone Laser (Java)

Recipe uses amethyst crystal and a Redstone torch. It will power the first opaque block it is aimed at within 8,16, or 32 blocks. Why it is needed: Redstone towers are ugly and monotonous to build and long horizontal Redstone runs are sometimes difficult to place and equally as ugly. Sculk Sensors are noisy and require blocks the shape the signal. There are too few recipes including Amethyst crystal to make it a well-integrated and viable material. Technical players have little use for Amethyst unless they want to use a Telescope to see if a Redstone build is working from some distance away.

    Per the rules, all Redstone suggestions must specify if suggested in Java or Bedrock because the Redstone is not coded the same and does not operate the same between these two versions of minecraft.
