Soul Of The Mountain

The Soul Of The Mountain would be a new item to encourage players to set their base in Mountain Biomes. The Soul Of The Mountain is similar to the Heart Of The Sea, and as such has similar mechanics. The Soul Of The Mountain can be crafted with all seven over world ores-(Coal, Copper, Iron, Gold, Red stone, Lapis, Emerald and Diamond.) to create a new block, the “Core” similar to the conduit. You would then build an altar around the conduit. Once built, It would grant the Mountain’s might effect, which gives the player resistance and strength. It would only grant these effects when the player is in a mountain biome, or is above a certain Y level. The Soul Of The Mountain would be found in some structure on the peak of mountains, perhaps a new Pillager outpost. It would be great to see a surge of mountain bases in the 1.18 update like there were ocean bases in 1.13!
