xp crates/banks

for a long time I have wanted this feature, what I want it to do is allow a player to store their xp in a crate or a bank, so that when they have a ton of levels, they dont have to worry about dying as much.

however, to avoid making this too overpowered, the amount of levels you can hold in each crate/bank would be capped at 40, similar to the anvil. Also, every time you deposit or withdraw some of your xp, you would have to pay a not huge, but not tiny percentage of the xp that you had withdrawn from/deposited to the crate/bank so that you couldn't keep all of your levels safe.

but anyway I think this would be a great thing to add, so please add this, it would help a lot and I would expect that other people to like this.

thanks
