Stoves without a chimney, as in the game, are very unsafe for confined spaces. In ancient times, this was a common cause of carbon monoxide poisoning. I suggest adding smoke and chimney mechanics. The chimney can be implemented as a separate unit. Burnout mechanics can be similar to freezing.
