Flame Should be able to work in Crossbows

I think this because bow's have it and you can shoot crossbows through lava. So it would make sense if they made flame work with crossbows.

    It should at least be able to use Flame using an Anvil or Commands or something. It doesn't have to be an Enchantment Table enchantment.
