Villagers that are in the blacksmith jobs(Weaponsmith, Tool Smith and Armorer) should fix damaged iron golems. But they will run out of ingots after a few repairs and then they'll have to resupply using their workblock. This mechanic will work in a similar way to the farmer's mechanic
