Light emitting things are dimmed in the deep dark

To make the deep dark even 'darker', all light should be dimmed by 5% or 10%, so since lava has a light level of 15, it could give off a light level of 13 instead.

  We already know the darkness effect will completely disregard light sources and brightness settings, so even night vision won't work.
