More Waxed blocks

Just like how you can wax copper blocks to make them at a permanent stage I feel like it would be a great opportunity to add waxed concrete powder, TNT, and other blocks you feel necessary. Specifically, I would want TNT and powder to be waxed so they won't get blown up or changed to concrete when next to a power source or if you want an underwater concrete powder floor.
