Potion Of Spectrality

So We Take Glow Berries and Brew them with a Mundane Potion (Cause More Potion Starting stuff), and we get a Potion Of Light. This Provides Glowing And Nigh vision. If You Brew A Glow Ink sac, you Have A potion of Seeing. This makes all mobs in an area around you glow, but only to you.
