Universal Render Distance Limit On All Bedrock Platforms.

The render distance for each platform, For example Mobile, Xbox, Windows, all have different render distance limits. The render distance limit is also based on your hardware. It would be nice to have a scale from 1 to 100 chunks across all platforms running bedrock. This would mean that even if you wanted to run 100 chunks on a phone you could do it. It might be laggy, but it's the choice of the player who sets it.
