Escalation Mode

This would be a new Minecraft mode that would make the game a little harder. It would make it so each time you die, you lose either 1/2 heart or a full heart, depending on how difficult you want it. 

I think that this would be a cool and fun addition to the game and would go well with the feeling of not wanting to die.
