Ability to place gunpowder to act as a fuse to control how fire spreads

Gunpowder should be able to be placed like redstone. Placed gunpowder can be lit on fire with a flint and steel. Fire next to placed gunpowder has a 10% chance per game-tick of igniting the placed gunpowder. This allows placed gunpowder to act like a fuse to control how fire can spread in the minecraft world. Once the gunpowder ignites it acts as normal fire. Gunpowder would also be able to be placed on any block that redstone dust could occupy. Gunpowder should also have the same connecting properties as redstone dust when placed in the world. Gunpowder would also be displaced by the same actions that displace redstone.

Other flaming blocks and entites should also have a chance of igniting placed gunpowder when coming in contact with it.
