Better CPU and GPU Utilization!

We need a large performace update! New CPUs and GPUs are not being alowed to pull more performance from the game. Ex. Ryzen 5000 CPUs and Nvidia 3000 GPUs are only running at 20 or 30 percent even with shaders on. The game and community would benefit from a performance upgrade. ( JAVA )
