The stripped spruce logs on all Bedrock versions of the game do not have the same texture that the Java edition of the game has. This creates an inconsistency not only with Java but with the other stripped logs in Bedrock as well.
All stripped logs are supposed to show the inside wood color of the log (just about the same color as their respective planks), since the bark has been scraped off. This is true for all stripped logs (besides dark oak which is also different between both versions) on Java, however on Bedrock, stripped spruce depicts a darker color behind the bark despite the true color still being present on top. On Java the block has the correct color, depicting the same color as spruce planks, allowing for less harsh of a contrast in color.
The color of the stripped logs should present the same color as the planks (like I stated above). Since I mainly play on Bedrock and because I enjoy building the most in Minecraft, this inconsistency can make building spruce gradients in builds more difficult since the colors between stripped and planks don’t match and (also like I stated above) create a harsher contrast in color between the two blocks which should realistically be the same in color.
It is really difficult to get inspiration for my builds online when it is hard to add the same level of detail or color palette when there is such an inconsistency with what I find online vs what I can build in the game, just because I play on Bedrock.
