Enchants for the hoe and more uses.

Some new enchantments for the hoe such as that the fortune enchantment does not work with the crops unless it is placed on the hoe or another enchantment that when collecting your garden rethinks what you are collecting. These enchantments would be exclusive of the feat so the feat would have much more use than to do. There could also be a curse from the garden that if the farm has that curse, what you have planted or collected with that farm will die without leaving an item or in the case of potatoes, leave only poisoned potatoes.
