New Nether Biome: Blackstone Quarries

There should be a new biome: The Blackstone Quarries made entirely out of blackstone and is a lower elevation than everything else, pretty much just a massive hole with a bunch of blackstone in it. The very bottom of the quarries is a lake of with lava with small (maximum 24 blocks total) magma block islands.
