Slime Hand (Hook)

This hook would be made with an iron ingot, 3 slime balls, and a slime block. By holding the right click with this hook you could aim, and once you release the right click the hook would stick to the area you pointed to (if it is not that far). It would have a maximum of 20 blocks of distance to stick. It could not stick to blocks of honey, and it could only stick for 30 seconds to any variable in the ice. If it is thrown at some mob it could attract it, in a similar way to the fishing rod, with the difference that the mob to which the hook was hit cannot move more than 20 blocks away from the player who hit the hook, (although if it has the speed effect will be able to run and thus detach from the hook).
