few things that need to be fixed

Few thing things that need to be changed like

1. Endportal to break when endportal frame is removed(by using glitch) just like nether portal

2. X-ray vision should be stopped.(composter with a piston or gravity block)

3. Gravity block duplication need to be stopped. (sand,gravel and dragon egg)
