Deepslate should have the same mining speed as stone

It is very annoying when stripmining for diamonds that deepslate breaks just a little bit slower than regular stone and for no real reason so for a quality of life update you should consider making it have the same breaking speed as stone.

  This was probably done as a trade off mining in the negative coordinate areas because diamonds are a lot more common there

  and like in RL the more down the stone it's harder to mine

  Since 1.18, Speedrunning Ender dragon and Farming End City is way too much faster way than mining&building diamond sets.
  1.18 made Survival players only annoying, not making their gameplay interesting.
  For nowdays, Mining is the worst way to play minecraft, and this is too problemetic, unbalanced.

  I agree this pretty hard.
