Sculk sensors, sculk blocks and more are believed to be coming along with the deep dark caves in the second part of the caves and cliffs update (1.18). Sculk vines is a vine with the same colour as the other sculk blocks. It is similar to the vines that grow in the crimson forest in the nether. Although Sculk vines grow in the deep dark caves.
