It will be an entire river system that goes underground,It will have tons of stalagmites because of the filtration effect they produce to allow the rivers to create.
It have bioluminescent mobs like the glow squid and a new kind of mob/block The plankton Wich will have a color similar to the glow squid and it will be use for food and decorative blocks.
When the rivers reach the surface it will pass for cave entrance and waterfalls.The utility of underground river its to lead you to mega caves, where you will have higher chance of finding valuable ores.
