Renaming axolotl in a bucket in an anvil gives name to axolotl

When renaming an axolotl in a bucket in an anvil gives them the nametag name. I do not know why this isn't a thing yet. All colours and names

  I have seen this done on Java by Phil, but everytime I try to do it with mine on bedrock it doesn't work. Probably a parity issue. I wish it was on both versions.
