New Water Lily (Victoria Cruziana) Generates in Cave Lakes and Swamps

Victoria Cruziana is a type of water lily, which can grow to great sizes. Therefore, I imagined it would be pleasant to have a water lily that can generate with variating sizes within Minecraft. However, since Minecraft is a block game, it would not make much sense to have a water lily generate on more than four blocks. If it is allowed for the water lily to generate on more than one block, it would be neat to make it impervious to the boats. It would also be cool to see these water lilies generate in the new subterranean lakes in the 1.18 lush caves. It would probably make sense to have them also generate in swamps.
