New farmeable foods , new & more uses for berry's, more uses for bread, apple trees , new forest plants , owls & owl pellets to be turned into bonemeal so a skeleton spawner isn't always necessary. Leaf litter "carpet" , tree roots , hoes get re-worked & grizzley bears could lead you to bee nests since they naturally seek them out. They could drop animal hide as a way to make leather or bundles
