It's a status effect that disables you. You can't see, or move or do anything, you only lay there in the ground, and maybe, if you keep hitting, the effect will never end, but if you have this effect, you regen faster, you get it by punching someone in the face, this would add more strategy to combat, and you can turn it off if you want.
