Cheese: An Underground Treat

I'm not asking for new recipes, I'm not asking for different types of cheeses, I'm not even taking about smelting milk. Now that the nametag is so easy to obtain, we need a new incentive for exploring mineshafts and dungeons: cheese. Just a simple cheese item that you find in chests underground. It's not necessarily a great food source, but just something to get you along if you're low on supplies in the caves. It'd be funny, Mojang.
