Include addons options in Minecraft options

Add the addon options to the Minecraft options menu. Create a tab within the options menu so that addons that allow modifiable settings are added to the Minecraft options menu, instead of being stored as items that you can lose and that unnecessarily take up inventory space. This way, you can modify them at any time.
