The end is currently quite empty and boring; to remedy this, we are proposing several biomes accompanied by new mechanics.
First, we propose adding a biome where gravity is reversed. Biome generation would be similar to the current End, but reversed at a higher y level.
To make this work, a new status effect would be needed that reverses the player's gravity, allowing them to explore the biome effectively. A way to bring this mechanic into the overworld would also be necessary.
There could be a mob that can change it's own gravity that's found only in this biome.
Next, another potentially interesting biome would be one with low gravity, similar to the surface of the moon. This would allow the player to jump higher and fall more slowly (like with slow falling). In this biome, there would be fish-like creatures that would fly around.
Logically, the third and final biome we propose is a high-gravity biome where players would struggle to jump (only able to jump half a block, like a slab). There could also be a creature similar to the real-life turbot fish, which would change its appearance depending on the gravity of its environment (it could explode when gravity is too low and inflate when gravity is normal).
Those are only propositions, you can change it however you want. It's up to the team to see if the mobs should be aggressive, neutral or passive or even exist at all.
