Stained wood

Many players have long complained about wood colors, and it has caused a problem as they beg for wood types, and vibrant colors, but others are a bit upset to see overly vibrant natural wood, and the crimson/warped trees in the nether. A simple solution? Let people dye wood planks like they would wool, glass, or leather. This would allow you to stain all natural woodtypes with dye, and, different wood types could end up slightly different for subtley varying shade and texture, alongside the fact we already have many shades of dye. You should be able to stain logs for a subtle dark textured look, commonly put on the corners of houses, that way the planks will be able to match, and this should also allow for all build items atleast to be able to become "purple stained birch trap door" or "red stained oak stairs". Eventually for a later update when trying to keep players feeling fresh without much work, simply color some tool textures and weapon textures, to add colored wooden tools. You can even allow coloring sticks to make the handles of regular weapons colored, or just let people stain weapons.
