This suggestion aims to give the Fletcher Table more usefulness by allowing players to craft special arrows focused on utility and creativity, not raw damage.
All features are optional, vanilla-friendly, and easy to rebalance or expand by Mojang.
Using normal arrows + specific materials, players can craft:
• Redstone Arrows: deal normal damage and emit a short redstone signal on impact, allowing remote activation of mechanisms.
• Copper Arrows: during rain or thunderstorms, they can be charged by lightning; a charged arrow summons a lightning strike on hit.
• TNT Arrows: explode on impact with TNT-level power; expensive and risky to use.
• Sculk Arrows: release a controlled sonic-style attack that does not pass through walls.
• Amethyst Arrows: break fragile blocks (glass, panes, lanterns) and pass through leaves.
Additionally, arrows crafted with a Breeze Rod (instead of a stick) travel perfectly straight for a short time (~2.5 seconds), adding precision and giving more value to Trial Chamber loot.
This system adds depth without power creep, encourages different playstyles (combat, redstone, puzzles), and turns the Fletcher Table into a true utility workstation. Mojang could freely rebalance, nerf, or expand these ideas
