Lightning-charged copper rails

simple suggestion: add copper rails that are normally 0.75 the speed of regular rails, but if you put a block of copper under the rail and a lightning rod next to it, allows the minecart to travel twice as fast if it had been struck by lightning, which not only gives more use for channeling tridents but also introduces a way to slow down minecarts for certain redstone contraptions (additional unnecessary concepts): -the copper rail will pulse white if it is charged -standing ontop of a charged rail damages entities (except copper golems) -perhaps copper and gold minecarts for preference?
