Bow rework

Rework for a bow, including new mechanics and enchantments. First thing that I would suggest is curving arrows, that can be shoted, while moving left or right. Curving arrows when shoted changing direction to left or right. Second feature is an faster arrows, while moving forward. These arrows would be shoted, when you moving forward and they going to have less damage, but they gonna be faster, than normal arrow. Third feature is power arrows. You can shot them, when you are moving backwards. They going to have less speed, but more damage than normal arrow. New enchantments for bow going to include things like: Ultra curve arrows enchantment, accelerating arrows enchantment and stunning arrows enchantment
