Etching/Enchanting Table Rework

While archeology is a new topic in the game, I had a dream about a new feature for the game, which I believe to be quite good. Etching and Binding Tables In certain generated structures pieces of etched stone/stone brick/sandstone, etc. Can be found, and by placing a piece of paper on top of these etchings and interacting with a piece of charcoal, an etched sheet is created. These pages can be combined at a binding table. Allowing you to add pre-selected enchantments on an enchanting table. Placing these etched books onto chiseled bookshelves around an enchanting table will remove one of the randomized options in the enchanting table with the effect found in the bound book. Sharpness I or Power I could replace the first slot, while more powerful enchantments could replace the second and third slot. These bound books can also be leveled up at the binding table using experience and glowing ink sacs. (Or other item for scaling gameplay: blaze powder, dragons breath, popped chorus fruit)
